training. Our Claremont personal Trainers will use a variety of assessments to gain a

complete understanding of your body. These assessments will allow your program to

include a variety of training that will increase your workout intensity, variety of training

exercises, and help you look and feel better. Claremont Personal trainer will improve

your mobility and flexibility, correct muscular imbalances, range of motion deficiencies,

and improve your total body strength, and fitness levels.

Nutrition is just as important as making it to the gym but…!

You don’t have to eat perfect to look perfect….A another great benefit of a Claremont

personal trainer is the nutritional guidance you will receive. There is far more that goes

into a nutritional guidance plan than what you eat. When you eat is just if not more

important. At LPE we refer to this as “nutrient timing” and the success our clients have

received from following these guidelines is unbelievable.

Your Claremont fitness trainer will instruct you on how to use your food as fuel for your

body. This will increase the amount of energy during your workout and allow you to

achieve your desired results faster.

Before Working out with Derek, I didn’t feel

motivated to do physical activity, and was often

overwhelmed. I always felt uncomfortable to utilize

the gym on my own. I felt unsure about how to use

the equipment and needed the security I got when I

was out of my element. While training with Derek I

began to see a vast improvement in my overall mood.

Working out really helped to make me feel better

about myself, and generally put me in a positive

mood. I also felt very comfortable working out with

LPE because he made it enjoyable and gave me

several goals to work towards. I could see right

away! I have gained so much knowledge about living

a healthy lifestyle from working out with Derek.

Physically, I feel much more confident about any task

that I take on and am mentally stronger as well.

Derek really helped me understand the importance of

diet….because I knew all too well that exercise alone

will not cut it. The biggest difference I notice in

myself is my endurance and ability to do some

exercises that I could never have imagined doing

I have trained with Derek at Life Performance

Enhancement for 2 years 2-3 days per week. I lost a

total of 18 pounds of body fat and continue to move

forward with my fitness abilities. I enjoy my

basketball games with friends more now than ever!

Each training session challenges my fitness level. The

workouts are varied with different exercises to keep

things interesting. LPE has the unique ability to push

you to your limits with positive reinforcement.

I choose the semi-private sessions they are easy on

my wallet and allow me to train with others. The two

other people in the group are different ages and have

various fitness levels. Derek keeps all of us moving!

I feel like the other people involved never take away

from the attention I need during my workout. We are

all performing different exercises using different

types of resistance he does this while giving critical

observation of our technique and positive

encouragement. We kid him that at one point in his

past life he must of worked at a prison but I cant

thank him enough for the results I have received.
