Our Mission
Derek Wohlers is the owner of Life Performance Enhancement. He has been a professional in the industry of fitness and sports performance since 2004. He is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education. While attending APU, Derek was a member of the Cougars baseball program. From 2007-2010 Derek was the In & Off Season strength and conditioning coach for the APU baseball program. 2010 marked the 1st year of his involvment as the strength and conditioning coach for the APU Men's and Women's Tennis programs. He also served as a adjunct professor in the Exercise Science Department at APU during the fall of 2009. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Community Involvement and Service is an area Derek and LPE are extremely passionate about. As a member of the La Verne and San Dimas Chamber of Commerce we have been actively involved in the surrounding communities donating our time and services to youth and adults. Derek and his wife Ericka are members of Christ's Church of the Valley located in San Dimas, CA.
Derek has served as a Vice President and chief financial officer for a 501-c3 non-profit foundation providing services to at risk youth centered around sports.

Delina Papa is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University where she received a Bachelors of Science degree in applied exercise science. While attending APU she was a member of the women’s soccer program for 3 seasons. Delina is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her relationship began with Life Performance Enhancement through an internship program. During this time she was an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the men’s baseball program as well as the men’s and women’s tennis programs at Azusa Pacific University. Delina is actively involved in her community through study groups and her local church programs.
