Senior Fitness

I am commited to keeping you healthy.  20 minutes of physical activity 3 days per week is recommended by the Amerian Medical Association.  My "Maintain Your Independance" program will ensure a healthy heart and strong bones keeping you injury free and feeling great.

Performing lifes daily activites should not be a burden.  As we age often times simple tasks like moving furniture, cleaning the garage or yard work can be extremely exhausting.  These should be tasks that are completed with confidence and ease. 

My senior fitness program was co-designed with AnneMarie Miller the wellness director at Hillcrest Assisted Living Apartments located in La Verne California.  I guarantee my program wil improve your overall health and muscular strength.  I am committed to improving your balance, functional strength, and heart health.
