LPE is commited to keeping you healthy. 20 minutes of physical activity 3 days per week is recommended by the Amerian Medical Association. Our "Maintain Your Independance" program will ensure a healthy heart and strong bones keeping you injury free and feeling great.
Performing lifes daily activites should not be a burden. As we age often times simple tasks like moving furniture, cleaning the garage or yard work can be extremely exhausting. These should be tasks that are completed with confidence and ease.
LPE's senior fitness program was co-designed with AnneMarie Miller the former wellness director at Hillcrest Assisted Living Apartments located in La Verne California. We guarantee our program will improve your overall health and muscular strength.
After coming home from the rehab center I was told I didnt need anymore physical theray. But I began to loose strength almost immediately and almost falling 3 or 4 times, my daughters found Derek Who comes into my home to help me exercise. He comes 1 hour a day twice a week and after just a few weeks I began to improve. I havent fallen since. Also my strength, balance and mood has improved greatly. I look forward to his visits.
