All sports performance programs are designed by founder and owner of Life Performance Enhancement certified strength and conditioning specialist Derek Wohlers. Programs can be specific to a performance need such as accelleration or focus on multiple facets such as strength, speed, and quickness. All programs are tailored to the specific physical and physiological demands of the sport.

We are all individuals: No two programs should be alike! Our exercise programs are tailored to your individual fitness goals based on a series of 15 examinations. We take into consideration your health history, current health, performance capabilities, and muscle funtions throughout the body. This will indefinitely create a program that is specifically for you . Our strength & conditioning coaches can motivate anyone to reach their personal objectives by providing expert advice and guidance. All of our programs are derived from scientific based research provided by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. These techniques are new and exclusive only to our clients. Senior Fitness
Health and fitness for the young and young at heart! We are commited to keeping you healthy. 20 minutes of physical activity 3 days per week is recommended by the Amerian Medical Association. Our "Maintain Your Independance" program will ensure a healthy heart and strong bones keeping you injury free and feeling great.
Performing lifes daily activites should not be a burden. As we age often times simple tasks like moving furniture, cleaning the garage or yard work can be extremely exhausting. These should be tasks that are completed with confidence and ease.
Our senior fitness program was co-designed with AnneMarie Miller the wellness director at Hillcrest Assisted Living Apartments located in La Verne California. We guarantee my program wil improve your overall health and muscular strength. LPE is committed to improving your balance, functional strength, and heart health.

Regardless if you are an athlete or business man having a strong core is essential. Improving the strength of your core muscles increases your productivity in every aspect of your life. We will educate you on how the body transfers energy throughout the body and the vital role the core plays in this process.

Training Options
I was about 100 pounds over optimal weight and had hypertension.

1 on 1 Premier Training
LPEs private training environment is ideal for clients who demand the best that LPE has to offer. Private clients are rewarded with services and scheduling flexibility that are exclusive only to this training option. Premier training is also ideal for those who have physical limitations, currently have existing injuries, or lack experience.
Semi-Private Training
Our semi-private training option provides clients a training experience with others who share similar goals and training ability. Individual goals are included into this dynamic and motivating environment.
Clients are not required to provide other participants during their workouts.
Team Training
We come to you! No longer will the coach have to assume athletes are going to the gym. Our team training option ensures every member or your team receives a jam packed explosive workout every practice. Equipment is provided for every athlete and brought to wherever your team trains.
LPE Performance Academy Programs
The life performance academy programs provide emotional, physical, organizational, nutritional solutions to achieve the goals of individuals, sport teams, and business organizations.

Online Personal Trainer
Online training allows the client to receive consulting any where in the world. Each client is given a personal webpage that only you and LPE staff have access to. This page allows for workouts to be uploaded and viewed instantly. Workouts consist of picture and written demonstration of more than 2000 exercises. A movie demonstration is also available for each exercise prescribed. All workouts are available in PDF format and can easily be printed and taken to the gym. Workout results will be monitored by LPE staff using the workout log portion of the program. Progress is recorded then graphed using our software and available to the client 24 hours a day.
