LPE's sport specific training can improve the on field performance of any athlete. The programs used by CSCS Derek Wohlers will be tailored to the exact demands of the sport as well as the position you play.

Coming into college in the fall season I was in pretty bad shape. I wasn't running well and I wasn't as strong as I thought I was. After working with Derek in the fall I lost 18 pounds and got much stronger. I was an average college pitcher throwing mid to upper eighties, and when the fall strength program was over I was consistently low 90's with an occasional 94. I feel that I couldn't have reached my goal of playing professional baseball without his strength and conditioning program.

I started training with Derek in December in preparation for Spring Training. Through these sessions, I hoped to become more explosive and powerful. Within the first 6 weeks I gained 10 lbs of lean muscle and I feel stronger than ever. My overall performance has increased and thanks to the nutrition plan and strength training Derek provided, I have achieved my goal. The individualized attention I got from Derek met my specific needs. He has helped me maximize my potential as a professional athlete while minimizing my risk of injury.
