Training with Life Performance The strength and conditioning program I participated in was great. Through hard work I gained 21 pounds of muscle. The nutritional program showed me the value in eating to achieve my training goals. My arm strength increased as well as all of my offensive statistics. The consistent training gave me a new perspective on managing my time and my grades improved in the spring semester. I would recommend any baseball player who wants to improve his game to train at LPE.

Training with Life Performance Enhancement had the biggest impact on my opportunity to play college and professional baseball. Prior to my Senior season at Concordia University I lost 21 pounds of body fat and actually increased my muscle mass 13 pounds. Coming into college in the fall season I was in pretty bad shape. I wasn't running well and I wasn't as strong as I thought I was. After working with Derek in the fall I lost 18 pounds and got much stronger. I was an average college pitcher throwing mid to upper eighties, and when the fall strength program was over I was consistently low 90's with an occasional 94. I feel that I couldn't have reached my goal of playing professional baseball without his strength and conditioning program.

I started training with Derek in December in preparation for Spring Training. Through these sessions, I hoped to become more explosive and powerful. Within the first 6 weeks I gained 10 lbs of lean muscle and I feel stronger than ever. I trained with Derek for three months this summer in preparation for for soccer season in August.As an extreme athlete it is necessary for me to get my body into shape for extreme athletic performance.The three to four sessions per week improved my speed, muscle strength, and overall health and fitness more than I could have done on my own.His encouragement and his toughness had me looking forward to workout rather than dreading it.Now two months into season, I remain injury free and am performing at my best.I would reccomend this type of training to any athlete looking to reach thatnext level.
