After coming home from the rehab center I was told I didn’t need anymore physical theray. But I began to loose strength almost immediately and almost falling 3 or 4 times, my daughters found Derek Who comes into my home to help me exercise. He comes 1 hour a day twice a week and after just a few weeks I began to improve. I haven’t fallen since. Also my strength, balance and mood has improved greatly. I look forward to his visits.

I started training with Derek When I was 16 years old 4 days per week. Within the first 8 weeks I had increased the velocity on my fastball 3 MPH. I felt stronger not just in my larger muscles but in every muscle I used when throwing the ball. By the end of my senior year in high school I put on 25lbs of lean muscle increased the velocity in my fastball 5 MPH and received a scholarship to Long Beach State University. I was reccomended by a professional baseball scout to begin training with Derek. So that I could improve not only my strength and explosiveness, but my coordination and stamina. After a few workouts with Derek I noticed I felt a lot stronger in my core section and I improved in my footwork and my range of motions. My ability at third improved dramatically and I was now able to get to balls that I never had a chance at before. I think this training would improve anyone who needs to improve their game.

I found Derek through Azusa Pacific University he was reccomended through their athletics department. I was training for Miss California, USA and he was helping me get in shape for the big competition. He was energetic, encouraging, professional, and actually fun to train with! He made sure he new my goals and catered the workouts towards those goals. He helped me use different muscles-ones I'd never used before-and broke me out of my same old routine. My body was the strongest and tightest it's ever been. Even now, I use many of the techniques he tought me and will continue to use them in future workouts as well.

I trained with Derek for three months this summer in preparation for for soccer season in August. As an extreme athlete it is necessary for me to get my body into shape for extreme athletic performance. The three to four sessions per week improved my speed, muscle strength, and overall health and fitness more than I could have done on my own. His encouragement and his toughness had me looking forward to workout rather than dreading it. Now two months into season, I remain injury free and am performing at my best.
